shipping Policy:
1. We are using air mail normally, all jackets and combined shipping items will use registered air mail or air parcel.
If you buy over 8 items, we will use EMS (without extra charge).
2. WE deliver goods every Tuesday and Friday,
3. All the items should be received within 2 weeks not over 3 weeks. Please inform us if you haven't received it within
3 weeks.
4. Please inform us if you have any question willing us to do before you paid after you won.
Return Policy:
1. Seller will only accept return if the goods damaged when you received it. (Seller will pay return and re-send shipping cost).
2. If purchased wrong size and wish to exchange, buyer should pay return and re-send shipping.
3. Seller will only refund the selling price if you don't want the item without anything good reason. e.g. you don't like the item....
4. All return item should have your full information includes your ebay user name and item no. What is the problem with
this goods? what do you want us to do for you?
5. Seller will not response any problem if buyer give us negative feedback without any warning, commutations . Please
just let us know your problem and we can solve it for you.

Don't leave us neutral or negative feedback before we fix the problem with you, because if you leave us neutral or
negative feedback, we will stop to response or solve the problem with you. All feedback cannot been withdraw or

Q: How long will the item arrive my place?
A: If custom clearing is smooth, the parcel will arrive within 2 weeks. Please inform us if you cannot receive on time.
If you live in country side, it will need 1 week more for deliver. If you live in Italy or France, the delivery is about 3
weeks.
Q: Do you provide shipping discount if I buy more than one piece?
A: Yes ! we are offering USD 2.00(GBP1.00) less for each extra item.
Q: do you accept another payment method?
A: we accept paypal only.
Q: If I receive wrong item, what I can do?

Q: Why You haven't replay my question by ebay message? And what I can do?
A: Because we haven't received your message sometimes because ebay problem or we cannot reply you because
ebay system error. Please send e-mail to customerservice@angel-secret.com if you haven't received our reply within 2 days.
