This J W Young Ambidex No.1 casting reel of Redditch from about 196? can be used left or right hand ,hence Ambidex, has the half bail arm in gold. The reel works well and feels nice and smooth to operate and the bail arm  snaps back nice and tight. I have to say some of  the paint work has rubbed off the body housing  and the  spool caridge so this is not  mint but lets face it , it is nearly 50 years old and becoming a collectors item. It has a spare spool and both spools are loaded with line. I have had this reel for   years and never used it so I think its time it found a new home.
