All vinyl and sleeves are in excellent condition.

All items are hand checked before listing to make sure that they are undamaged and scratch free. Unfortunately I do not have the time to play the records to listen for crackles and clicks.  Nor do I have the time to clean the records for all fingerprints and fluff.

Some sleeves may occasionally have splits in the spines where the vinyl has pierced through. I consider this damage to be normal wear and tear and therefore do not offer refunds over such damage. If you have any specific questions regarding the condition of the sleeve, label or even the vinyl please contact me prior to bidding.

Please do not bid if you have zero or negative feedback. Please contact me prior to bidding if your feedback is less than 10.

Please only bid if you are serious about buying.

Non-paying bidders will sadly receive negative feedback if payment is not received within 7 days of auction ending, unless contact is made. Non-paying bidders and timewasters will also be added to my blocked bidder list.

I reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive negative feedback.

I accept payment by Paypal, cheque, postal order or banker’s draft, which should be made within 3 days of auction end.

All items will be posted within 1 working days of receiving cleared payment (excluding holiday periods), please allow 5 additional days for cheques to be processed. They will be sent in high quality cardboard mailers with a stiffener (where required) to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they were sent.

Sorry but in the event of an item being damaged or lost in the post I will not be held responsible.

If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please contact me so that we can sort anything out to the benefit of all concerned. If your issue is genuine a full refund will be offered providing the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and it is in the same condition that it was sent. If the item in question was part of a multiple order, postage will be refunded at my additional item rates.
