All items are delivered with full insurance. We use our own couriers for all deliveries. Once your deposit has cleared our courier term will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery.We aim to deliver items within 7 working days of cleared payment (advance order is not included).

We will contact you to confirm an approximate date after the purchase. If you would like to purchase more than one sofa, no extra cost will be added on top of the price below .

All items are quality checked before dispatch.

These suites can be heavy. Please make sure you have at least 1-2 people on hand. The driver will help you carry your purchase from the van, but you will be responsible for getting it into your home, whether this involves just carrying it in through the front door, or getting it up three flights of stairs to your flat.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty -

If your goods arrive damaged or are faulty your first action is to inform us by email at tiziogroup@hotmail.com or call us within 48 hours. Our Returns Department will then arrange the return of these goods and we will replace the goods with no charge. For our large items such as sofas, the courier will let you open the items to check and make sure they are in good condition. If there is a problem, items will be taken back immediately by the courier and we will rearrange delivery.

Faulty Goods -

If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty quite soon afterwards, please email us in the first instance to tiziogroup@hotmail.com with a short description of the problem and we will email you back.
