Mail does sometimes go astray. Not very often but it does happen. We always get a certificate of posting which is kept until you tell us you are satisfied with your purchase (by leaving feedback).

Delivery to Remote Areas : Orders up to 1200 grams are the same for the whole the UK, orders over 1200 grams to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands such as Isle of Man, will incur additional charges, we will calculate the best delivery option and inform you of the best rate.

Please note that wherever possible and appropriate we use recycled packaging to help both our costs and the environment.

We take every care to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition, however, in the event that and item is damaged or faulty please e-mail us for details of the returns procedure. You will get a reply, I promise you.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may have bought it in an auction and not paid a lot for it, that is not the point. Your satisfaction is important to us (we want you to come back and buy again, let's be honest). If you wish to return an item you are not satisfied with, then again, drop us an email (within 7 days of receipt of the item) and we will send the return instructions right back. Please note that all return postage is at your own cost.
