Brand new and sealed kit.

Another neat Italian kit from Italeri.

The AS42 was an Italian desert vehicle based on the chassis and mechanics of the AB 41 Armoured car. The vehicle was designed as a reconnaissance car specifically adapted for desert conditions and driving on sand.

AS42 served in North Africa and then later in Italy itself. The continued in service as police vehicles after WWII as late as the 1950s.

 

Includes decals for Regio Esercito, Raggruppamento Sahariano, Tunisia, Early 1943

Ideal for wargaming or just building for fun, this is a very straight forward kit to build which goes together very well.
