Isle of Man Uncirculated Mint £1 Manx Purple Bank Note

Unlike the UK the Isle of Man still (at the moment anyway !) has its £1 note, as well as its £1 coin.

This is an uncirculated Isle of Man Government £1 bank note in mint condition.  No folds, tears or wear of any kind. 

The main colour is purple with jade and pink, signed by Cashen. Featured on the front there is an engraving of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Triskeles (three legs emblem) and motto. Incorporates the Manx watermark and security thread.

On its reverse side is a picture of Tynwald Hill.

A lovely note for your collection.  Serial number Y636226 as shown.

Legal tender in the Isle of Man but not the UK.
