We would like payment within 7 days of sale - please let us know if there is a problem with payment. All payments must be made in sterling only. Due to high bank charges we cannot accept non-sterling postal/money orders or cheques.

• UK buyers - we accept payment by cheque only.
• Buyers outside UK - we accept payment by Paypal or sterling money order only.

Shipping

• The listed postage may include packing costs.
• All items are carefully packed and sent through a reputable courier - Royal Mail for most items. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays or mishandling by the postal services.
• Items are sent at the buyers own risk, unless insured for damage and loss. Royal Mail provides insurance for damage and loss on pottery and glass sent 1st Class or Special Delivery, but covers for loss only on pottery and glass sent Standard Parcels and international delivery.
• We offer self-insurance rates at a small extra charge for items not otherwise insurable for damage.
• All insurance claims for loss or damage are the buyer's responsibility - but we will help as much as we can with completing a claim.

Terms of Sale

• Please remember this is a pre-owned or vintage item and as such may not be 'as new' and may show signs of wear. We will describe any large or major flaws and do our best to offer an accurate description.
• If any item is found to be significantly different from the description, a full refund will be offered once it is safely returned. The buyer will be responsible for its safe return.
• Ebay's rules state that all bids are binding and final, so if you need any more information about an item or more photographs please ask before bidding.
• We believe all our items to be original unless otherwise stated.
