Iron-On BRIDESMAID Rhinestone Crystal Hotfix Transfer

Description

We have for sale a 'Bridesmaid ' rhinestone crystal transfer as pictured above.  This is using Clear/silver crystal rhinestones and is measuring a total size of 20.5cm x 4.0cm.

All of our motifs are made using only the highest quality materials, including the tape they come on ensuring the rhinestones will not move out of place on their way to you.

You will receive full application details in the envelope with the transfer.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by PayPal or Credit Card for all buyers.  For UK buyers we can also accept Postal Orders, Banker's Draft or Personal Cheque.

Credit Card payments can be taken over the telephone or via our secure weblink powered by WorldPay, ensuring the highest level of security.
 
We require payment for your winning item(s) to be made within 5 working days.  If for any reason you are unable to make the payment please contact us to advise of any delay and the reason for the delay.  If we do not receive payment and do not hear from you we will file a non-payment dispute for the purchase(s).

Postage & Packing

We strive to despatch all items the same day in cases where payment is made by 4.00pm.  All despatches are made by Royal Mail, 2nd Class for UK buyers and Surface Mail for International buyers.
 
UK Buyers - We anticipate packages reaching you within 2 working days, but official guide times are 3-4 working days.  We cannot be held accountable for delays in the postal service, the day we despatch will be evident on the postal stamp.

Proof of Postage is available for all despatches made.  We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.  In the event of a package being lost or damaged by Royal Mail please contact us to obtain a copy of the Proof of Postage.  All claims with Royal Mail are the responsibility of the buyer, we can only assist with any documentation requirements.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) to us at the above address within 14 days of receipt.  The item(s) being returned must be in the same condition, complete with the original packaging to qualify for a refund.  Postage & Packaging costs to return the item(s) must be paid by the buyer.

At the time of returning the item(s) please be sure to e-mail us at sales@missdiamante.co.uk stating your eBay User ID & Item Number(s).  This will make it easier to know who the return is from and will speed up the refund process.

Upon receipt of the item(s) and confirming there is no change to the original product(s) despatched, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.  If the item(s) has been returned as it is faulty, the full cost of the item(s) will be refunded.  If there is no fault with the item a 25% restocking fee will be charged, a refund of 75% will be issued.  In any instance we cannot refund Postage & Packaging costs.

The refund will be made by the same method in which you paid for the item(s).  If you paid by Cheque or Postal Order please allow 7 working days from receipt of the return for you to receive your refund.
