All brand new item/s are sold with 7day return period. Returns must be pre-arranged. Products returned must be brand new as sent and include all original packaging. Postage/Handling and Insurance fee are non refundable (Free postage item/s: Original postage fee will be deducted). Please allow 7days for refund upon my receipt and inspection of returned item/s.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty upon receipt please in the first instance send an email detailing the problem and including your ebay ID and item number. Faulty items will be replaced at no expense to the buyer. Faulty items will only be refunded in full when a replacement is unavailable.
We always keep a receipt of postage, We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged item/s by post, although we can make claim on Domestic and International Mail for lost, stolen or damaged items from Royal Mail or other delivery company. This process may take time to clear. If this occasion occurs, we will try our best to process this claim for you. Damaged item/s must return to seller as evidence and buyer’s responsibility for return postage. A replacement item/s can be sent after the claim is settled with Royal Mail or other delivery company.
