I have limited space to use the table regularly. It folds up to store upright and comes in 2 main parts as it is now. Provided relief for back conditions by elongating the spine for stretching and exercising. Angles by adjustable strap. If I had a spare room I'd keep i as I feel it's as useful as any other piece of fitness equipment. Do inverted sit ups and stretches to relieve aching and stiffness and complement fitness work...

A: It does this by releasing the adjustable strap that dictates the angle... Thanks

 Q: how old it is? what is the range of height and weight it is suitable for?
A: It's getting on for a couple of years old but has been lightly used as mentioned - the marked height and weigh t is between 4'10" and 6'6" and up to 300 lbs/135kg... Thanks
