Introduce Yourself To Trilog, Part I by Arthur Rissman, Otto Altorfer and Robert M Wendlinger

Published by Trilog Center, and authors, c1975, second printing, 18 pages

From the first page: "Arthur gave an inforaml Trilog presentation to Japan Air Lines in mide-1974. Otto structured this booklet from the actual tapes of that event. Then Bob edited the material for publication.

Trilog is Arthur's theory. This represents his conceptual and technical work in a form suitable for the training of people in either the helping professions or organizational developement. That is the purpose of this collaborative effort.

Arthur Rissman, Terapist, Consultant, Teacher

Otto Altorfer, Training Director for the Americas, Japan Air Lines

Robert M Wendlinger, Assistant Vice President-Communications, Bank of America"

Contents:

  1. The Circular Concept
  2. The Six Kinds of Internal Energy
  3. "Blocks" in the Flow
  4. Facing "Out" and facing "In"
  5. The Power Point
  6. Open and Damaged Flows
  7. Flow Point and Low Point
  8. The Mechanics of Block-Breaking

From the Foreword: "Eric Berne's concept of three ego states (PAC) [Transactional Analysis, or TA] is valid due to the observable similarities in human behavior. Trilog is about behavioral differences that are internal and less observable.

There is no elaboration of Eric's principles in Trilog. In fact, Trilog demonstrates the depth and simplicity of his basic theory. It also integrates that theory with Gestalt principles."

This book is ultra rare. It has some scribbling on the front cover and inside front cover, rear cover has been removed. Pages are very good with no markings.
