Payment

All prices include VAT and a VAT invoice can be provided upon request.
Payment must be received within 1 week of sale.
UK customers - Payment can be made via Paypal OR postal orders.
Overseas customers - Payment can be made via Paypal only.
These are the only accepted payment methods. Please DO NOT send cheques or bankers drafts as these are not accepted.
We report all non paid items. Please do not buy if you do not intend to pay.

Shipping

We take great care when packaging each item to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been processed and payment has cleared your item will usually be dispatched within 1 working day.
Items below 5Kg are sent using Royal Mail 1-2 day service.
Items above 5Kg are sent using DHL or Business Post 1-2 day service.
Items going overseas are sent using Royal Mail Air Mail. 
If your item is over 5Kg and you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover the extra carriage to these areas. Please email prior to ordering if you require further details. 
Please allow at least 7 days before contacting us regarding delivery of your item. Under Royal Mail’s guidelines items can only be considered missing after 14 working days have passed. In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Returns

Faulty or damaged goods
You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. In this case we will also refund your return postage.
Incorrect item or not as described
You may return an item which was incorrect or not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage.
Unwanted item
You have the statutory right to return any item within 7 working days of receiving it for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. We will only refund return postage in the case that our error has led to the return.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Further information 
Before returning any item(s) please contact us for a returns authorisation number. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not have a valid returns authorisation code. 
Please return any item(s) using the cheapest recorded delivery method. We cannot be held responsible for any postal service losses when returning items.
Please include a note with your return which includes the reason for return, authorisation number, eBay item number and your full name, address & telephone contact. This information will help us process your order more efficiently.
