RETURNS and REFUNDS.....1) I will accept return of an item, and make a full refund, including postage, only if the item can be shown to fail to meet the description above and is returned in perfect condition (as sent). 
                                                2) I will normally accept return of items that are ‘not as expected’, but do meet their description, provided they are returned in perfect order (as sent). I will refund only the bid price less my expenses, (ebay listing and sale fees and Paypal charges, if any). Buyer must bear all postage costs.
                                             I always obtain proof of posting and regret that I can accept no formal responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. I will, however, try to obtain compensation from the Postal Service should this occur and will make appropriate refund if successful. Please note that overseas parcels cannot be insured against damage. I can e-mail a full copy of my Returns and Refund Statement and general conditions upon request.  Most Importantly please e-mail if there is any problem and I am sure we can resolve the matter amicably.
