If you receive your item and it appears to be DOA or you are having problems installing then please call us immediately on 01367 244557 or e-mail.
We will offer technical advice.
If you need to send the item back we will issue an RMA number and we will advise where to send the item back to (Buyer pays for all postage costs).
Item must be sent back complete and in original packaging, otherwise we will not accept it back.
When the item has been tested if it is found to be faulty we will replace immediately or only if a suitable replacement is not available then we will offer a refund or a credit.
If the item is found not to be faulty the customer could be liable to a testing fee.
You will also be charged the postage to return the item.
