All  my processors are individually tested (not just pulled from a working machine), the Power On Start Test or BIOS is photographed to show the frequency (Speed) of the processor (the shown speed in the POST test might not be the true speed of the processor – it depends what the current BIOS settings were on the motherboard and what processor speeds this motherboard can handle when the processor was tested) it also shows that the processor is correctly installed and working. (Please make sure that your BIOS is up to date to get the full benefit of this CPU).   I always attach this picture to the gallery picture (or display it in the listing).  What you see in the gallery picture is the item(s) you are actually buying.  This means that you are very unlikely to receive any dead on arrival items. The processors are packed in foam then are sent in anti-static bags inside Jiffy envelopes to ensure safe arrival. If in the very unlikely event there are any problems I always give a full refund including the postage or replace the items – that choice I leave down to you.  Please check my feedback for confirmation.  If you are unsure please e mail me with any questions.

It was removed from a working environment and as such is being sold in good working order.

Products are second user and therefore may show signs of use – scratches, scuff  marks, dusty etc.

So you can bid/buy with confidence - I have a no quibble return policy - just return the product within 7 days for a refund. Please check my feedback.

Product details and specifications are downloaded from the internet, it is adviseable to double check before purchasing to ensure that the specifications meet your requirements.

Postage is First Class Recorded Deliver,  First Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Parcels with proof of posting either on the day of purchase or the next working day.  The product is packaged in correct packaging where necessary (anti-static bags, pink anti-static bubble wrap etc) to ensure safe delivery.  Check my packaging and postage costs; I keep the prices right down because I recycle as much as possible - Envelopes, Bubble Wrap etc.  My postage labels are printed through Paypal so everybody has a record and items can be traced/tracked easier.  Items are photographed, serial numbered and marked using a SmartInk ™ type product where necessary.

I always combine postage.

Payment: We accept Paypal, Transfers, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft, Personal Cheques (Subject to clearance).  E Cheques can take up to 10 days to clear.
