The Integral 9 in 1 USB 2.0 Mobile card reader allows you to transfer data from various forms of memory cards to your PC/Mac in a quick and simple process. It's possible to move, save, delete, synchronise or copy any types of files including pictures, movies, music and games. No driver is required except if the reader is being used in Windows 98SE. Works with Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista and MacOS 9.0 or above.

All you need to do is place your compatible memory card into its corresponding slot on the reader and then plug the reader directly into the USB port of your computer. Your Data should then be instantly available as an extra drive on your PC.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of purchase although the quicker the payment, the quicker the despatch. If we do not receive payment or hear from you within 5 days then we will have no choice but to file a non-payment dispute with eBay which will result in a non-payment strike against your account so please only buy if you intend to pay.

SHIPPING

Item(s) will be sent out the same or next working day depending on the time of order via First Class (we do not use 2nd Class post), Signed For (Recorded) or Special Delivery (Next Day) depending on item(s) and/or postage option selected. Higher value items will only be sent fully insured, see relevant listings for details. Very heavy items will be sent via 24 or 48 hour courier depending on postage option selected.

Domestic & International delivery prices differ, please check listing before bidding/buying. UK non-mainland i.e. Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland etc. incur slightly extra charges as couriers charge extra for these areas. Please contact us for shipping quotes if required.

We have never had a parcel not delivered so it is rare but if you do not receive the item then the following procedures apply:-

Special/Recorded Delivery - As soon as the courier has confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available.

Uninsured - We will provide you with a copy of the posting receipt to provide evidence that the item was shipped & help you in any way we can.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured goods during transit or delays caused by the courier which are beyond our control. We will try to help as much as we can by following normal procedures. P&P is not refundable in all cases.

RETURNS

Although highly unlikely but genuine faulty items may be returned within 7 days by e-mailing us first for instructions. Item(s) will be replaced promptly after testing, checking serial numbers & security markings in our database if applicable. Non-faulty items or items damaged by customer mishandling, misuse, negligent upgrading etc. are not covered. Most items are security marked.

If you wish to return an item(s) for exchange or refund then you must do this within 7 days by e-mailing us for instructions. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition, sealed & unopened with all original documentation. We suggest you use insured/trackable shipping otherwise post uninsured at your own risk. Opened or damaged item(s) do not qualify. Replacement/refund (minus P&P & fees) will follow promptly after checking item(s) & serial numbers in our database if applicable. On exchanges/refunds the buyer will be liable for the shipping fees & differences in price (if any).
