RETURNS 
If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it providing it is in a resalable condition, within 7 days of receipt.
The customer will be liable for the return carrier and carriage costs. When you return your goods, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item. If the item is delivered to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier. If you cannot return the goods we will arrange a collection for which you will be charged
Please include your name, address, date of purchase and items in the parcel.
Your refund will be for the item and outgoing carriage costs. 
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, providing you have informed us upon receipt, we will either replace the item or damaged part or refund you in full.
Any goods sent in error will be replaced and the incorrect goods collected by us.
International, Highland and Offshore orders
For international orders we will refund the UK carriage costs but cannot refund the full international carriage costs, unless faulty or not as described. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Made to Measure and Custom Items
Made to measure items cannot be returned or cancelled once your order has been submitted. If you are in doubt, please ask for a sample to verify your colour choice before committing. Please also check sizes sent are accurate as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
