Is your canvas 100 % cotton?

Yes we only sell 100 % matte, waterproof cotton. This means the canvas is less prone to tearing when being stretched and also it absorbs the ink better.

What weight is your canvas?

This canvas is  260 gsm

How long is the length of the rolls?

This roll measures 18 meters in length.

How different is this canvas from the previous unbleached canvas you formerly sold on Ebay?

There are two main differences:
a)      This canvas is treated and bleached at the manufacturing process which removes any cotton seed specks so offering a brilliant white. Feedback from a few of our regular customers pushed the demand for a brilliant white canvas.

b)      The texture of the canvas is very smooth. Comparable with Fuji or Epson branded canvas. The micro weave means the canvas is less fibrous.

Is it compatible with all large format printers and inks?
Yes it can handle dye,pigment and solvent inks and can be used with all large format printers.

What is your returns policy?
For whatever reason we offer a full refund as long as the canvas is returned to us in 14 days by signed courier.

Can I get a sample?
Yes we offer a free  a4 sheet for you to examine the texture and quality of the canvas.
Just email us and we will post one out.

 

Do you have a showroom where we can view the canvas rolls?
Yes. We have a large showroom in London just 2 minutes from Liverpool Street station. Just Google map to find us at:

Are you a family business?
Yes. Although we are a limited company the business is run by my self (Geoff) and my wife (Sandra). This means every customer can be assured of a personal service.

Do you offer discount on posting?
Yes. For the first item it is £7 then for each multiple item it is £1 per roll/box.

Do you offer next day delivery?
No we offer two day delivery. Most of the time you will receive it next day but we do not like to offer something which is out of our control.
