Items Not Received!

Once items have been passed to the Royal Mail, we have NO control over delivery, but lost items WILL be replaced per the Royal Mail's terms.

UK items, are considered lost after 15 working days, following the due delivery date, this is classed as 17 working days.

International items, are considered lost 25 days after despatch.

Following the above terms and confirmation from the customer that the item(s) has still not arrived after this time, a replacement(s) WILL be sent.

No replacements will be sent or refunds given before the above stated times!

Please note, any Ebay or Paypal ''Not Received Disputes'' will only delay any refund upto 30 days from opening the dispute!
