Shipping Information

We will only dispatch your item upon reciept of CLEARED funds. Our items are dispatched 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

1st/2nd Class Standard- If your item is delayed we have no way of tracking this and we need to allow up to 2 weeks before we can claim for a lost parcel. If your parcel is lost we WILL work with royal mail to rectify but any refunds can take up to 4 weeks.

1st/2nd Class Recorded- We are able to track these parcels and delays are less likely. If your parcel is lost (and confirmed by Royal Mail) refunds will be made upon confirmation.
