All goods purchased will be accepted for a refund providing they are returned within 7 days of receipt 
(excluding eyelashes,face paints,wigs,tights,gloves,underwear & costumes due to hygiene reasons.In the event of a costume being faulty we will exchange it you will be responsible for posting). 
Please contact us prior to returning the goods either by telephone or email. All goods MUST be returned unused / unopened and in their original retail condition and packaging (Failure to do this, will result in a void claim for a refund) and returned to us using a trackable means of postage. All postage costs incurred during the original transaction and return will be your responsibility and only the cost of the goods will be subject to any refund. Once the goods are back in our receipt, they will be checked by our Returns Department to ensure their condition which can take up to 7 days to complete. Once all the above has been met a refund will be issued back to you by the means that you originally purchased.
