OFFERED HERE is a single Rule (Formally LVM) 12 Volt High Speed Inflator / Deflator

This HIGH CAPACITY ELECTRIC pump crocodile clips to a 12 V battery and will pump a 4 man inflatable up in 2-3 minutes  The unit comes with a selection of adaptors to fit most push in valves.

These are brilliant and very reliable, robustly made they take the effort out of assembling any inflatable boat or pumping up a Rib.  This is a small unit that you can hold in one hand and you hold the supplied adaptors against the valve on the boat to pump it up.

The picture shows 2 units, one in its sealed box, then the contents of the box are laid to one side, only one complete pump with the adaptors is offered for sale here.
