The Ride

This is a 32 mile uninterrupted path of pure cycling bliss that winds along the Sacramento River through thick green foliage and grassy fields making it a perfect venue for time trial and triathlon training.The American River Trail travels from Old Town Sacramento to Folsom and is inundated with cyclists, joggers, skaters, walkers, you name it. Our ride begins in Folsom and ends in Old Town Sac during Old Town Sacramento Days, a festival reviving the days of the Pony express and the wild west gun slingers! You're gonna love this ride!

The Workout

It's a beast of a workout with few breaks and high anaerobic levels. This ride will not only test your fitness, it will test your mental discipline.
