If You Need To Send Anything Back To Me For Whatever Reason, YOU MUST Contact Me First As My Return Address IS NOT The One Written On Your Package.
Upon Receipt Of Goods, You Must Contact Me Straight Away In Order To Make Any Claim For Refund, Exchange, Goods Damaged In Transit Or Faulty Goods.
If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit To You, Or I Have Supplied The Wrong Part, (Check The Item Against The Photo On The Listing), Then Please Accept My Apologies, In This Situation, I Will Cover The Return Postage Costs For You To Send The Item Back To Me (The Refund Will Be The Same Value As The Stamps On The Initial Package). Upon Receipt Of The Returned Package I Will Despatch A Replacement To You Free Of Charge. The Postage Refund Will Be Made By Me Either As Stamps Within The Exchange Package Or More Commonly, Via Paypal. You Must Use The same Method To Return Goods To Me As Was Used When They Were Sent To You.
If You Require An Exchange Because You Changed Your Mind On The Colour/Design Etc Of Your Purchase, For Example, To Swap Bar End Weights For A Different Size, Colour Or Design, Then You Are Responsible For All Additional Postage Costs Incurred By Me In The Exchange. In This Case, I Will Advise To You The Cost Of The Postage When You Contact Me.
If You Require A Refund For Your Purchase, For Example, If The Supplied Item Is Correct, But It Does Not Suit Your Application, Then I Will Make A Refund MINUS the initial postage cost or 10% (whichever is the lesser amount), Which Represents The Average Cost To Me Of Every Transaction, This Charge Covers My Non Recoverable Fees That Were Incurred By The Sale e.g. Ebay Fees, Shop Fees, Postage, Packing etc.
**IMPORTANT**
You Must Get A Post Office "Proof Of Posting" Receipt For ALL Items Sent To Me. I Will Only Credit Or Exchange Items AFTER I Have Received Them. If Any Item Gets Lost In The Post On The Way To Me, You Will Need to Claim For It's Loss Through The Post Office, Using Your Postal Receipt As Proof Of Posting. In This Case, I WILL NOT Make A Refund Or Exchange Because The Post Office Will Credit You Directly For The Cost Of The Item That They Lost. |
