Scooters destined for the scrapheap in Southern India. We've been buying them and shipping them to the UK since 2001.

Project Scooter for restoration or patch-up.
Starts and runs but could do with an engine rebuild. Sold as a non-runner as no MOT.

 

ITEM:

Bajaj are an established Indian Scooter and Motorcycle manufacturer who used to hold a licence from Vespa to produce scooters similar to the Italian classics.

This scooter is based on the Italian classic - The Vespa VBB or Vespa 150 Super. Mechanical parts are interchangeable between the two.

 

NOTE - Spare parts for this scooter are cheap and easy to find. We stock a large range of spare parts for this model..

 

WOULD SUIT:

Anyone who fancies a home restoration project. Would be interesting to rebuild and restore as what it is (an Indian vintage scooter) or as a replica of its Italian cousin.
