Indian Tree China
The design for Indian Tree pattern derives from a chinese pattern of the Yung-Cheng period (1725-35). It was reproduced around 1801 since it has been an extreamly popular pattern produced by many manufacturers. Very old records show the pattern has been known by both names Indian Tree and India Tree during its production.
There are over twenty versions of the pattern archivie in different colours, bodies and shapes. |
