Properties are easy to add and can be added to more than just one of our databases, ie a property for sale may also be offered to let. Equally you may choose to add a guest house to our residential database aswell as our commercial database.

On being accepted we will create a FREE member agents profile for your company at no cost where you can add and manage your listings. As main agent, you can nominate to share (mls) your listings where other member agents can market your properties for you. On another agent introducing applicants to you who successfully complete a transaction, under inea membership rules you must honour any agreements to split commission.
