 Made on 18th February1863

 Made before Daniel Smith Beckett and William Wilkins Dyne of Middlesex

For Emily Charlotte wife of George Brewster Rose. Emily Charlotte was previously Emily Charlotte Robinson (spinster)

Also  Susanna Lookney, Edward Lurwick, Charles Grove

 Premises interested in Battersea in county of Surrey

Deeds by married women persuant to an act passed in the 4th year of the reign of his late Majesty King William 4th "An Act for the abolition of fines and recoveries and for the substitution of more simple modes of assurance"
