 Made before Alexander Hart and James Dundas from Surrey

 For Anne Cowell wife of the Reverand Henry Bowmax

 Between the above on the first part and William MacCracken, Thomas Spencer

 Premises interested in Parish of St Margaret in Borough of Leicester

Deeds by married women persuant to an act passed in the 4th year of the reign of his late Majesty King William 4th \"An Act for the abolition of fines and recoveries and for the substitution of more simple modes of assurance\" 

 Also has a number 1140
