Everyone has a right to enjoy life and these 2 hypnosis cds can help you unlock the power of your unconcious mind to improve your self esteem so that you can take back control of your life. Once I receive your payment I will email you a single page questionaire and as soon as I get it back I will record your sessions. Mass produced hypnosis cds are vague and woolly, covering things that don't apply to you, whereas mine are the same as if you came to me as a client. They are tailored to your individual unique problems. There will be no music or birds singing on your cds, just you and me. Your first cd will be about 45 minutes long and packed with self-esteem hypnotherapy. Your second cd will also be about 45 minutes long and will be a combination of relaxation and confidence building hypnosis. You should listen to cd 1 first, then cd 2, then listen to the cds as often as you like until you feel you don't need them anymore. Then just listen to the relaxation/confidence cd once a month to keep you balanced in mind, body and spirit. The more often you repeat something in hypnosis the more effective it becomes. Neither the cds nor the cases have any reference to your problem on them so they are completely private. The picture is just to illustrate the theme on Ebay, it does not appear on your cds or the cd case.Once I recieve your completed questionaire I aim to despatch your cds with 48 hours.
