DNA IT Recycling offer a DOA Warranty against all items (excluding those specified below).  Our DOA Warranty means that if the item arrives faulty then the customer may return the item to us for a replacement or refund.  It is essential that on receipt of your delivery you thoroughly check the packaging and contents for any sign of damage not mentioned on the ebay listing.  Once you have signed for the delivery you are deemed to be happy with the state of the item.  Faulty items must be RETURNED to us within 14 days of delivery, failure to do so will void the DOA warranty. We deem the return date as the POSTMARKED date on the packaging, or date on the courier manifest.  Items will be tested by our engineers, if confirmed faulty we will firstly replace the item with a working model. If that isn’t possible we will offer a refund of the Item price (Not including the postage fees). Items that are found to be working correctly can be delivered back to the buyer at their own expense.  

Items that develop a fault after delivery are not covered by any form of warranty unless specifically stated in the listing.
 
The following items are NOT covered by any form of warranty and we DO NOT accept returns on:
 
•         Items described as SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY or SPARES/REPAIR
•         Items whose final delivery destinations are overseas addresses
•         Ink and Laser Toner Cartridges 
•         Computers with Software/Driver issues
•         Licenced software

NOTE: Digital Projectors are covered by our DOA Warranty, however the bulbs contained within them are EXCLUDED from this warranty.  Whilst we make every effort to accurately list bulb life, and to ensure adequate packaging, these bulbs are too fragile to offer any form of warranty.

Spares/Repairs items are NOT supplied (unless otherwise stated) with any cables, accessories or manuals.
