DOA - Dead on Arrival:
- As we are selling only brand new products, in original packaging , sealed and unused - we are not able to test them before sale.
In the unlikely event that product sold by us will apear to be faulty on the arrival, email us within 2 working days from delivery date,
and we will give you special DOA reference number and ask you to send it back.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
We will send you working replacement within a period of 2 days, after the returned item is tested by us and accepted as to be faulty.
