Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods
within seven days of receipt.
Return of none faulty goods may incur a cost to cover our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. Software sales are non refundable. |
