This is a fantastic old fashioned Wind Up Music Box that plays Imagine, the classic John Lennon
The 2" movement is all metal apart from a nylon cog. The intricate workings consist of a rotating drum with pins which twang a sprung metal eighteen note "comb". This can be clearly seen in action as the handle is slowly turned to produce the music. At its best when held against a solid object, the music box is a charming present to delight any age
This is brand new in box and the actual music box measures 2 inches long and 1.5 inches wide
