UK Mainland, DHL delivery. Cost £7.99 incl. VAT. Orders despatched to a business address are normally sent on a Next Working day delivery. Residential addresses normally take 2 working days to deliver.

Scottish Highlands, DHL 3 working day delivery. Cost £14.39 incl. VAT.
Northern Ireland, DHL 3 working day delivery. Cost £10.49 incl VAT.
Offshore Islands (e.g. Isle of Man). DHL 3 working day delivery. Cost £22.00 incl. VAT.

Orders placed before 2pm are normally shipped the same day (unless there is a query).

Please specify a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the goods, or instruct us to leave with a neighbour if you are requesting despatch to a residential address.

Guarantee

Equipment sold by us will be guaranteed for the period indicated in the listing. If no guarantee period is specified please assume that no guarantee is offered. Equipment proving faulty within the guarantee period must be returned for repair at your cost to our offices in Weston-super-Mare.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your order (at your expense) to us within 14 working days of receipt.
If you decide to cancel an order you must notify Murodigital in writing or by fax / e-mail within seven working days from the date of the delivery of the goods. The original packaging must be retained and the goods to be returned should be unused and in a pristine, re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for the return of the goods, which must be sent back to the above address promptly. Any carriage charged by us will not be refunded.
