Returns Policy:
In order for us to offer you the best possible customer service, please contact us if you wish to return any item, within 7 days of receipt stating the reason for return. 

Unwanted Products must be returned unused in the original packaging, having taken reasonable care over them and complete with all the components. Stock solutions will make full refund within 30 working days subject to the satisfactory return and inspection of the product concerned. You will of course be responsible for the return postage cost.

Faulty or damaged products, or those that have been delivered in error, will be replaced or refunded in full if returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Stock solutions will also refund the cost of return postage subject to provision of proof of posting certificate receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Notes:
It would be advantageous for buyers to leave a contact telephone number for the delivery person and/or alternate delivery address to avoid problems associated with re-delivery.  If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery when the courier arrives, the courier has to return the item to the depot for re-dispatch.  This causes delay and extra expense, an inconvenience that can be avoided by providing alternate delivery address, and telephone number.
