DELIVERY - We send goods by post office or UPS, all next day deliviries are by UPS in UK. When the delivery option shows as Other courier 24hr for UK the delivery is by UPS and 95% of the time the goods will arrive next  day between 9am-5pm if the purchase made and paid for before 2pm. There are exceptions to some rural areas in UK where next day delivery is not possible.
International shipping is done by either post office or by UPS. when the international shipping option shows as Other courier service whis means the shipping is by UPS and it`s considerably faster service than post office (usually 2-4 working days for Europe and 3-6 working days for rest of the world).

WHAT IF YOUR DELIVERY IS LATE - Tracking for UPS deliveries is a lot easier as they are fully online trackable but post office deliviries are difficult to track. Any items sent by 1st class or recorded delivery through post office in UK are not considered lost until 15 working days after the date of dispatch so we can`t start any claim process on behalf of buyer.
We have to wait 21 working days before we can start any claim for International customers whose items sent through post office. Items sent by UPS will be dealt promptly if there is a problem with the delivery.

LIABILITY - We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.
