Returns Policy

We will only offer a refund if we have sent out the wrong item. If this is the case you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the item and then they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The buyer will be responsible for the return of the product, and any costs incurred.

The product must be in its original packaging and be unused. If it is cellophane sealed, then the seal must be intact. We will not accept any products which are not in perfect retail condition.
