Click Fragrance only accepts payment through Paypal. We are not able to accept payment with Postal Orders or Cheques.
We are happy to accept e-cheques and wait for payment to clear before sending items.
Once payment has been received we will dispatch items within one working day.

We send all items using First Class Post through the Royal Mail. 
The Royal Mail advise that items normally take between 2 and 3 working days to arrive with customers but over busy periods, such as bank holidays, items do take longer to arrive. 
We advise customers who have not received their item after 7 working days to contact us

The following procedure needs to be adhered to for qualification for a refund after returning an item - 

We must be notified within 14 days of you having received a delivery if there is any problem. This can be done through the email contact system. We require you to provide a short explanation of why you wish the goods to be returned. If you have a request for an exchange this should also be stated in the email

If an item is returned without prior notice we withhold the right to refuse refund, either partially or fully

All returned items must be in their original packaging with all seals and cellophane in tact in order for resale

We request that returned items are sent second class

Click Fragrance withholds the right to refuse refund if an item was ordered in error. Partial refunds will be issued if an item is not returned in its original condition and packaging. Click Fragrance will not issue a refund for your original postage costs.
