Goods can be returned - without question - within 7 days of receipt, providing that they are in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Please notify us before returning anything.

We will then authorise the return and arrange to have the fault verified and either a replacement sent or repair carried out, depending on the terms of the warranty.

Johnny played for the BBC for over 30 years as well as numerous other bands and musicians including the Herb Miller Band, Sir Elton John, The Beatles and many many more. Johnny was one of the founding members of the BBC Northern Variety Orchestra and the BBC Northern Dance Orchestra as well as spending 15 years with the Halle Orchestra, he has recently published his autobiography. Johnny was recently awarded a lifetime achievement award by the City of Manchester "in recognition of the outstanding contribution made by Johnny Roadhouse to Manchester's musical history for more than 65 years" , presented by the Lord Mayor of Manchester.
