Shipping

We aim to process and despatch all orders within seven working days from the date of order.  Once processed, all orders are sent on a next day service, all orders will require a signature on delivery.  Our Courier Company operate a tracking system,  You will receive an email confirming that your order has been distpatched, this email will have the tracking information and an estimated delivery date and time.  Please check that all your details are correct on your confirmation email; please contact us immediately if there are any errors. We can also ship to most European destinations if it is not listed within the item listing please contact us for a quote.

Please notify us before returning goods by calling 01606 810 811 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm only) or e-mail alexjsaccessories@btconnect.com.


With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order. All correspondence and returns should be sent to:

Goods must be returned unused within 30 days of the invoice date.

Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.
