Payment Info

In accordance with eBay's rules, please remember that all bids are legally binding. A bid is a contract and means you agree to buy the item at the stated price, within the agreed time. We request that buyers contact us within 3 days of sale date and payment is required within 7 days.

We reserve the right to relist items where bidders fail to make payment or contact us within 7 days of the sale date and at such time, Non Paying Bidder alerts will always be placed.

We accept payments by the following methods:

Credit/Debit Cards - If you would like to pay by a major credit or debit card, please telephone us on 0845 058 9810 with your card details between 09:30 - 17:00 Mon - Fri. The name and address of the registered card holder must be the same as that registered on eBay and that where the item will be delivered.

PayPal - PayPal is the easiest way to pay, but if your address is either ‘Unconfirmed’ and/or your account is ineligible for payment protection with PayPal, we reserve the right to delay your order or return your payment and request payment by one of our accepted alternatives.

We do not accept payment by any methods which are not listed above. Examples of unacceptable methods of payment are Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank Transfers, Bank Drafts, MoneyGrams.

Overseas Bidders Please Note: You are considered the importer of record for this item and it is your responsibility to pay any sales tax, import duty etc. on this item applicable in the country of its destination and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving this item.

Packaging and Despatch

We know you want to receive your model in the condition it leaves us. For that reason, we take great care in packing and despatching your order using top quality, packaging materials to provide the best level of protection for your model whilst in transit.

All parcels are automatically covered by basic insurance in transit and we will despatch these within the time specified on the listing. However, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they select the postal method that best meets there delivery requirements.

Would bidders please ensure that your address details as registered with eBay are current and correct and are where you would like your item to be sent. Those are the details we will use unless you have paid by credit/debit card or PayPal and a different address is registered with the account provider, in which case we will use that address instead of the one registered with eBay.

Overseas Bidders Please Note: Where we are required to complete a Customs Declaration (CN 22), we will only complete it with the exact details of the parcel contents, value etc. Please do not ask us to put anything different on there - we will not make false declarations and any requests for us to do so will be ignored..

Returns and Refunds

14 Day Money Back Guarantee (not applicable to business customers)

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before despatch or within 14 days after receipt.

Prior To Despatch: If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, then you must notify us via in writing as soon as you can after placing your order. If your order has already been despatched, it is the buyers responsibility to exercise a duty of reasonable care of the goods once received and to ensure that they are returned to us at the buyers expense under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Upon Receipt: If you wish to cancel an order after delivery of your goods, then you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your goods. It is the buyers responsibility to exercise a duty of reasonable care of the goods and to ensure that they are returned to us at the buyers expense under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We will take action against any breach of your statutory duty of reasonable care of the goods returned. Such breaches may include but are not limited to the unnecessary opening of the goods, damage to the goods, incomplete goods.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled.


Return of Faulty Goods Within 28 Days

We hope it doesn't happen, but where a fault occurs within 28 days (14 days for business customers) of delivery, we will offer either a replacement for an identical item, an item of similar value, or a full refund.

You must notify us in writing before making any returns.

Where goods are refunded due to a fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges and cover the cost of return by the cheapest available 'signed for' service.

This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled.


If Goods Are Damaged or Lost In Transit

Damaged in Transit: Claims for damages sustained in transit should be made to ourselves in writing upon the goods arriving.

Lost in Transit: If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date of dispatch, please notify us of the problem immediately via email or telephone.
