Shipping fees are not refundable.

Timing of Return:

PlanetWatch must be contacted 1.st day of receipt. Only accepted if items are not as described in the auctions or on the photo's.

PlanetWatch must be contacted prior to returning any items, and must be authorized for return.

Restocking fees:

20 % of items value. (cap maximum £300)
If you are the high bidder we expect you to complete the purchase, if in doubt don't bid.
Negative feedback will be left for NON paying bidders.
Seller reserves the right to refuse bidders with hidden or negative feedback.

Due to recent use / abuse of fraudelent stolen UK cheques, we have on advice from our bank increased clearence time, specially for customers with 0 - 20 feedbacks, this might take 6 - 7 business days for shipment from date receiving the cheque.

We might also require additonal information with regards to proof of identiy and proof of address. Sorry for this extra pre-caution, however it seems to be many "stolen" cheques circulating at the moment. This is to protect both seller and buyers.

Important for PAYPAL :
I only accept PayPal payments from a " verified " PayPal account. Also, you must have a " confirmed address '' with Paypal. If you do not have both a verified Paypal account and a confirmed address , I cannot ship your order.

International PAYPAL payments are available for countries confirmed by PAYPAL, however international customers who wish to pay by PAYPAL must use FEDEX or PARCELFORCE as shipping option, cost of this service is £55 to £65, because only this are eligible for PAYPAL seller protection policies. Royal Mail international Signed for is only possible if making bank transfers

All other international payments must be done by international bank transfer, IBAN and SWIFT.

If you want the item shipped fast you will have make bank transfer, BACS or CHAPS.

We also accept UK Credit Cards and Debit Cards by phone only. Will only post to Credit Cards registered address.

All international transactions outside USA, UK and Canada has to be paid by IBAN bank transfer / SWIFT transfer. Please contact us for payment instructions.
