1. A daytime contact number is essential to enable us to dispatch items to the couriers. Our items were possible are always dispatched the next working day following cleared payment and receipt of a daytime contact number.

2. We aim to deliver items within 3-5 working days following date of dispatch and this is the service we book with the delivery company. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may sometimes occur. We cannot be held responsible for this and for this reason we advise that you NEVER book trades people until you are in receipt of the goods.

3. The delivery company will contact the buyer on the number supplied within 3 days following dispatch. The delivery is then arranged between the two parties and is beyond our control. If you instruct the company to leave your items outside or at any location other than the one advised to us then this is done so entirely at your own risk.

4. All our pallet deliveries (large items) will require a signature, this helps to protect our buyers in the unlikely event of damages caused by the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the entire order thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery note. Claims for damages or shortages will NOT be valid if our courier has obtained a signature or if we are notified more than 24 hours after delivery. If you notice any damage do not accept the delivery, we will then replace the item/s. All products are insured provided these guidelines are met. Items which have been damaged or not delivered will be replaced/despatched as per the delivery timescales for that particular item.

5. If you have not received your order within the timescales stated, please notify us by email, we will then chase this up for you. If you arrange a delivery and are not present as arranged then the transport company may charge you to re-deliver. All our large items are sent out on pallets, (vanity units, bathroom suites etc). This is the only way we can minimise the risk of damage to fragile products. The drawback to this is that if the delivery address is unaccessable the items may need to be unloaded on the kerbside. The advantage of this service is that we can add multiple purchases onto one delivery and charge only one fee.

6. Large items such as vanity units, bathroom suites, document M packs are heavy items and will require 2 people there to take delivery. Most of our items are fragile and if dropped will break.

7. Collections can be made Monday-Friday between 9-4pm but this must be arranged in advance.

We will process your order only when payment is received and a daytime contact number is provided for the delivery company.

Please note we will ship to the postal address provided on your ebay invoice if this is incorrect you must notify us before paying.

Postage cost is in addition to the winning/purchase price (unless stated otherwise) and reflects the cost of postage, insurance, handling and packaging. Please do not bid/Buy-it-Now if you do not agree with the postage costs.

If you are purchasing more than one item, we may be able to reduce the total postage cost. Please contact us before placing your bid or "buying now" if you want to buy more than one item from us.

 Returns & Cancellations

Item specifications are clearly described under this listing and you can always contact us before you bid/Buy-it-Now if there is anything you are not sure about.

If you purchased an incorrect product you must contact us and return the product within 7 days (i.e. 1 week) of receipt. You will be responsible for paying the postage of returning the product. A partial refund of the sale price less 20% restocking/admin fee will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase the goods. Both original and return postage costs will not be refunded in these circumstances.

Items are carefully checked before being packed and delivered and we do hold check-out records. However, in the highly unlikely event that the item was faulty, please contact us by email within 7 days (i.e. 1 week) of receiving your item. Depending on individual case basis, we may offer an exchange of item.

 Warranty

1. All or products come with a minimum 12 month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear or misuse or damage. Refunds are not made for warrenty claims but the item if it cannot be repaired will be replaced with the same product or one with a similar specification. Your invoice will act as your proof of purchase, all transport charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
