PHARMAQ Ivermectin Drops 0.8%
Spot-on for the topical treatment of mites and lice in rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, ferrets and large cage birds e.g. parrots and pigeons. The active ingredient in this veterinary medicine is Ivermectin, which is a highly effective broad-spectrum antiparasitic compound. enough product to provide a full course of treatment to a loft of up to 50 pigeons. Can also be used as a prevention.

Target Species
Cage birds and small domestic pet mammals e.g. guinea pigs and rabbits.

Application and Dosage Guide
Apply one drop per 500 g bodyweight on the back of the neck, between the shoulder blades. Apply the appropriate dose once per week for three weeks. Observing this treatment regime is action important as it will help ensure that the life cycle of the parasite is broken i.e. will prevent recruitment from any unhatched eggs that may be present on or around the animal when the initial treatment was applied.

Pharmac Ivermectin drops are a liquid spot-on treatment for mites and lice in cage birds and small companion animals. This formulation contains Ivermectin, which is a highly effective broad-spectrum, anti-parasitic compound.

There are two different concentrations of Pharmac Ivermectin Drops; the most appropriate concentration to use depends on the size of animal to be treated;

For small birds (e.g. budgies & canaries), mice, hamsters and gerbils use Ivermectin 0.1%. One drop per 60g of body weight (60g = approx 2 ouncers).

For larger birds (e.g. pigeons & parrots), rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets use Ivermectin 0.8%. One drop per 500g of body weight (500g = approx 1 pound).
