I post all my goods using Royal Mail. A certificate of posting is obtained on all items.
Where my goods are too big to post I offer local collection or I can arrange for them to be delivered to you locally, contact me for a quote on this service. For any items that I arrange delivery for, the cost of this must be paid in advance along with the cost of the item, via PayPal.
I will quite happily ship my goods worldwide, however for items that weigh over 2kg this is not possible. Contact me for a quote on postage costs to other countries.
I accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail, In these circumstances I will quite happily assist you in making a claim against Royal Mail.
For items that sell under £34 First Class or Standard Parcels is used. Royal Mail will only pay on claims up to this amount on First Class. For items that sell over this amount I would recommend that you ask me to send the items using the Special Delivery service, Items sent this way can be covered up to £2500, There will be an additional cost to yourself for this service.
3rd Party Sales
This item is being sold on behalf of a 3rd party. I will always list goods as accurately as I can. If you have any questions I will be happy to try and answer them. Where I can not, I will put the question to the 3rd party. With small items, I have them in my possession and can give accurate descriptions, with larger items they are held by the other party.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if you contact me in advance and will only be accepted for faulty goods. Items must be returned within 7 days and must be in the original packaging.
