IRiver H320 with case, manual, software and cables.  For spares or repair as screen cable became detached whilst in the process of upgrading the battery.  Gave up at that point and purchased another, as no technical know-how.  Before that the player was in perfect working condition...

Therefore comes with an unused upgraded battery, not going to attempt to replace a battery again!
