Close the Gap Straps

This listing is for one pair of close the gap straps

John Brookfield invented the straightforward exercise dubbed "strap holds"--and Ironmind created the tool so you could gain its benefits.

By hanging weight from a strap held between the handles of a gripper you are trying to close, you are forced to squeeze extra hard or the weight will come crashing down.

You can go for timed reps or move up to a heavier weight, on up toward the COC summit.

The Close the Gap Straps are packaged in a pair: one is 1/8" (3 mm) thick and the other is 9/16" (14 mm) thick.

(Plate and gripper not included.)
