Offered in this auction is a fairly large attractive original painting by the well known & highly talented Irish artist J.P.Rooney.

In the mid 1990's J.P. Rooney entered the Irish art scene with numerous sell out exhibitions.  He has since become a household name in the world of Irish art.  To-day his work, which depicts the various facets of village life in Ireland, is highly collectable and much sought after by gallery owners & art buyers in Ireland & overseas.

This good sized painting, which shows a woman standing by the roadside near GLENARRIFFE, one of the famous Nine Glens of Antrim, has unframed measurements of  12" x 16".  The painting has been signed by the artist on the bottom left.  Both the painting and its frame are in excellent condition.

If desired, for an additional £45 the winning bidder can choose to have this particular painting framed similar to that shown in Item 190216306133.  Anyone wishing to take advantage of this option should add an additional £12 to the shipping charge of deliveries to UK & IRELAND.  Please contact the seller for shipping rates to any other destination.

We are offering this painting at a starting price much lower than its typical gallery price.
